We offer a 30-day refund window for all Oliver Notion digital products.

To request a refund, contact info@olivernotion.com within 30 days of purchase and include:

✅ Order number
✅ Email used at checkout
✅ Short explanation of the issue

Refunds may be granted if the product does not work as described or if technical issues prevent access or proper use.

Refunds will not be issued for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Not using the product
❌ Expecting features not listed on the product page
❌ Requests made after the 30-day period

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, returns are not possible.

Once the product has been delivered to the email used at checkout, it is considered received.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–15 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that delivery begins immediately, and if you are located in the European Union, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the product has been delivered.
